Canvas – Copy course

Video – Quickly copy an existing Canvas Course into a new one

Documentation to copy a new course

Got to settings in your new course:

On the right side of your settings area find and select import course content

Select Content Type drop down “Copy a Canvas Course”

In the search area enter the course you would like the content to come from.

Example last year’s course

I suggest to select Date adjustments to remove last year’s assignment dates. When finished select Add to Import Queue.
