Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator App
Click the Image in the top right corner of your email. Select View account (see below)
In the Security info tile, click UPDATE INFO
On the Security info screen, click Add sign-in method.
Select Authenticator app (circled below) and click Add.
A Successfully Created window will appear. Click Done.
Once you sign into email, you will get a notification on your phone. Type the number that appears on your screen, into the Authenticator app on your phone.
